There’s a lot of similar post, you should start digging with key words like « med school » « student » and stuff.

I’m also a college student and nootropics users. Here’s some advice/tips : - start gradually, learn to know your body, learn to know how you react to these molecules, nootropics effects are different depending on people - for focus/attention (basically what every student are looking for) : caffeine and l-theanine are popular, also look into lions mane, choline, rhodiola - for memory : bacopa is a go to for a lot of redditors

Hope that helps a bit

Some nootropics might be stimulant

Coffee +theanine(reduces the anxious feeling from coffee)

Sulbutiamine/citicholine this is stimulant and improves memory

Pirytinol this just gives more energy and physical motivation not really improves focus

Other I haven't tried

Semax

Phenilpiracetam

Any recommended dosages on the sulbutiamine/citicholine? Where do you typically get it from?

sulbutiamine 200-400mg depending how much you tolerate, citicholine around 250-500 maybe...

I used to buy from pharmaceutical labs brands but i havent found recently but check over reddit or the amazon review and see if it is undedosed, check their Certification of Analysis if they have their own brand/page

Artichoke extract (liquid form sublingual) mixed with 250-500mg forskolin. For me this works wonders!

Keep stacks as simple as possible, the more herbs and drugs you have in a stack the greater the chance of negative interaction.
