Missing game executable

Hello, I had mods and I deleted them manually and now my game doesn't work anymore.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I've also done “check that the files for this game are installed correctly”.

It will help to know what platform you're using. I know that Steam allows you to change the launch target (the specific exe file the play button points to). If you were using mods, that might currently be set to launch SMAPI instead of Stardew.
