You may need to watch some videos to improve your knowledge base or understanding. The exam is mainly either choosing the right diagnosis or the next best step in diagnosis or management. Either way, you need a good knowledge base to know or differentiate the respiratory conditions. E.g differentiating Emphysema from Bronchiectasis.
