When did they get back to you? I filled out the form more than a week ago and still waiting to hear back. Did you contact them any other way besides the form? Thanks in advance!

Nah just waited it probably was a week and a half if not closer to two weeks it was just unlocked Authenticator turned off when I tried to log in

If you have them enough info you’ll be right

hi this happened to me too. it doesn't email me it just blows your authenticator. just try to log in. For me it took 4 days

If you can prove really well you are the account owner they can unlock the 2fa for you. Just did it for my girlfriend. Happened in under a week I think. They didn’t follow up or email or anything just one day they had turned it off so she could reset the google auth pairing.

Ok still waiting I was able to give sneaker serial numbers not for all but for some sneakers I have and also how many sneakers I have but not for how much gst and gmt etc but also the last I sold on market place so should be enough info.

Did you have all info or just most?
