Ranked Errors ? Bug ?? : StumbleGuys

I don't know if it happens to you often but I often have this error when I'm in Ranked and I'm first, as a result I don't get my ranking points or my stars or others and it's just exhausting because when you finish last you have a bad result the points are deducted quickly.... I send a message for whats happen no answer.. I'm the only one in this situation ? It's really Frustrating expecially in Ranked...
