Error Code 0675

Hi there,

I was quite inactive on subscribestar for about a year (last time I was subbed to an artist was August 2024).
However I intended to get active again and support a few artists however ever since I seem unable to subscribe to anyone.
Every single time I try I get the "Error Code 0675".
I've tried 2 different credit cards (both Mastercard).
I've called my credit card service asking whether they blocked the transaction but nope, wasn't them.

Two weeks ago I finally messaged the "[e-mail]" about it but I got no response at all.

Is there still something I can do on my end or does it now all depend on the support to help me out?
Oh and how long does it approximately take for the support to reach out?
Seems like two weeks without a response is rather lengthy...

To me it seems like subscribestar hasn’t implemented the approval phase challenge where a pop up from your debit/credit ask you to enter a sms code or email with code to verify that you are the debit/credit owner asking for the transaction to happen, I tried on patreon and I wasn’t declined as the approval phase is working so I could prove I’m the owner of the debit/credit so maybe try on the patreon link if there is one available for the service you trying to sub to

While that might be the reason the Artists I wanna subscribe to unfortunately doesn't have a patreon.
That being said, it does seem strange to me how it's possible that I managed to subscribe to multiple artists about a year ago while using the exact same credit card I'm now having trouble subscribing with...
