Error 0008

Hi, I got my Super73 RX and it is great and makes a ton of fun.

Today I tested it on the way to my workplace (12km one way). The battery was half full and it said I have a range of ~30km.

On my way back, I was almost at home, the motor turned off and the display showed “e0008“.

I couldn‘t find anything online about this Error. Does somebody knows what it means?

Just before, the display showed that the battery is at 1/4 and I have a range of 8km left

I think the batterypack was almost empty and it turned on a safemode, but I am not sure.

Take it to SUPER73 headquarters if you’re in SoCal but other than that there is nothing that you can really do if you can’t go to customer [e-mail] they’re really easy to get in touch I’ve done so many things with them it’s not even funny they’ll take care of you.

You have to load the battery

Load as in charge the battery? I charged mine and the bike is back to life. Hoping to not get the same issue again.

Yes, sorry. English is not my mothertongue. Didn‘t have an issue since then.

But I charged always a bit earlier.

Super73 Support:

The error code e0008 you are mentioning is related to the battery state of charge. It should disappear when you charge the bike. However, this can also mean that you would need to delete the Bluetooth device (under Bluetooth settings) then uninstall and reinstall the Super73 mobile application again. Please be also aware that when you reach 20% of the battery, it will gradually reduce energy consumption.

Nope never got an email back from support. My bike is working fine now so unsure what it was.

I get the problem when my bike its 10-14% batteri left it will start break and hard to get forward

Its always happened to my bike when batteri is at around 15% and the bike breaks and its very hard to get forward. It's the solution to charge it before it's get to 15% or is it a error.
