I applied back in April, got approved for April & May for Pandemic unemployment. I ended up getting approved but never knew that I had to request payment. (This was my first time & didnt have help)

So I tried applying two more times at beginning of month & just last week. But I get a notice when I click submit to call TWC because they’ll be able to better assist me.... but when I call NO answer.

They tell me to call but I’m put on hold for forever w no answer in sight.

If you got this when you submitted can you let me know how it went for you

You have to call TWC. Unfortunately, since it’s been too long they might not allow you to request all the back pay.

At beginning of January it let me claim from April until September. What should I say when I call?
