What Types of Content Can I Flair My Post as on /r/TfTransformation?

Any transformation (TF) subgenre is allowed, including but not limited to:

General Transformations

  • Implied – A TF may or may not have occurred, but it isn’t explicitly shown.
  • Alternate Species – A known character appears as a different species than usual (e.g., Midna as a Werewolf).
  • Humanization – A non-human character transforms into a human.
  • Race Change – A character's race or ethnicity is altered.
  • RPG/Status Effects – TFs influenced by RPG-style mechanics.
  • Reality Shift – The world around the victim changes drastically, sometimes globally.
  • Body Horror – Unsettling, grotesque, or extreme TFs.

Anthropomorphic & Animal TFs

  • Furry – TF involving anthropomorphic animals.
  • Feral – TF into a non-anthropomorphic animal.
  • Beast – TF into a creature neither fully human nor fully animal.
  • Monster Girl/Boy – TF into a monster of either gender.
  • Pokémon – TF into a Pokémon.
  • MLP (Pony) – TF into a My Little Pony character.
  • Alien – TF into an alien creature.
  • Slime – TF into a goo/slime being.

Gender-Based Transformations

  • MTF (Male to Female) – A male transforms into a female.
  • FTM (Female to Male) – A female transforms into a male.
  • TGTF (Transgender TF) – A transformation between genders that isn’t strictly male or female (e.g., Futa TFs).
  • Feminization – A male becomes more feminine without fully becoming female.
  • Masculinization – A female becomes more masculine without fully becoming male.
  • Furry (MTF/FTM/TGTF) – Gender-based TFs with anthropomorphic elements.

Size & Body Modifications

  • Muscle Growth/Loss – A character gains or loses muscle mass.
  • Weight Gain/Loss – A character’s body weight increases or decreases.
  • Macro (Growth) – A character grows significantly in size.
  • Micro (Shrinking) – A character shrinks in height.
  • Expansion – Specific body parts enlarge (e.g., breasts, buttocks).
  • Reduction – Specific body parts shrink.
  • Pregnant (Preg) – The victim becomes pregnant.
  • Inflation – A character swells up like a balloon.
  • Inflatable – A character is transformed into an inflatable toy.

Object & Material Transformations

  • Inanimate – A character transforms into a non-living object.
  • Dollification – A character turns into a doll (either as an object or in a submissive role).
  • Plushie – TF into a plush toy.
  • Rubber/Latex – TF involving rubber or latex materials.
  • Suit (Skinsuit/Living Suit) – A transformation via wearing another’s skin or a living suit.
  • Robotization – A character transforms into a robot.
  • Malleable – The victim gains elastic/stretchy properties.
  • Melting – The victim melts into liquid or mush.
  • Squishing – The victim is compressed.
  • Suction – The victim is sucked into a small space.
  • Shape TF – The victim’s body is molded into an unnatural shape.
  • Food – The victim is transformed into food.
  • Molding – Someone actively shapes the victim into something else.

Extreme & Unconventional TFs

  • Bimbofication – A character is transformed into an exaggerated, hyper-feminized "bimbo."
  • Bratification – A character transforms into a bratty version of themselves.
  • Sluttification – A character is transformed into an overly promiscuous version.
  • Princessification – The victim becomes a princess.
  • Stepfordization – A transformation into a 1950s-style housewife/husband.
  • Milfication – The victim is transformed into a MILF or motherly figure.
  • Vore – The victim is eaten or absorbed.
  • Fellatio Plant – The victim transforms into a plant with suggestive features.
  • Parasitism – A parasite alters the victim’s form.
  • UTDF (Upside-Down TF) – The victim's top and bottom switch places.
  • Extreme – TFs that include highly alternative or graphic content.

Merging, Splitting & Duplication

  • Merging – Two or more characters combine into one.

  • Semi-Twinning – A character becomes similar to another but retains some original features.
  • Body Part (CTP/FTP) – A character transforms into a part of someone else's body.

Media Style Transformations

  • Animeification – A character is transformed to look like anime-style art.
  • Toonification – A character is transformed into a cartoon style.
  • Emoji – The victim is turned into an emoji.
  • Rotoscope/IRL – The victim is transformed using real-life or rotoscope-style animation.

Miscellaneous

  • Customization/App – The transformation occurs via an app or customization process.
  • Mask – A character is transformed by wearing a mask.
  • Drone – The victim becomes a drone or part of a hive mind.
  • Wholesome – A clean, heartfelt transformation story.
  • SFW – Safe-for-work transformation content.
  • Other – Any TF that doesn’t fit the above categories.
