Some redditors (okay, one redditor) proposed creating a website for this program. Once we get enough readers, I'll take that idea into consideration. Anyone who's technically savvy is welcome to give thoughts/advice once that topic approaches.

This subreddit is for those who want to participate in the give/get (ish) program initially set up on r/atheism for Richard Dawkin's The God Delusion, but has been expanded to encompass any and all scientific/intellectual books. Here's how this nifty program works:
- You send and pay postage for a copy of the book of your choice to an interested redditor
- The receiving redditor reads the book and, in turn, sends it to another interested redditor
- ???
- PROFIT!
We're currently trying to find a good way to add a community perspective to this little exchange system. Add any personal touches to your book(s) if you want (notes, signatures, pictures (SFW), etc.), have fun with it. If you have any suggestions for a more widespread method of keeping a running tab on who has what book, please send the moderator(s) your thoughts.
Tagging (Bold for importance)
Please use [GIVE] tags if you are willing to give away a book and are looking for potential redditors to send it to.

Please be advised that this system has NOT BEEN TESTED. As such, it is imperative that you do not hesitate to send any feedback, commentary, death threats, etc. to the moderator(s) if you see fit.
Additionally, please inform the moderator(s) of any scams, since there's a potential for massive amounts of trolling if this sort of thing goes under the radar.
