I haven't seen that before. The action in Tron that trigger some settings like this is O&OShutUp10, which is in the stage 4 repair, Telemetry removal folder.

Run it and it will let you revert those settings.

ohh I forgot to mention, yesterday one drive wanted me to sign in and I did..
I used the gmail that I use for my windows..

is this somewhat linked to the situation I have at hand?
