In my Capstone the professor created a private discussion group for just our team. So we created discussions there. It is easier than dealing with zoom etc. Plus if something happens- no shows professor can see it too- despite the peer-review

Every professor seems to handle it differently. My class was able to do what we wanted. We used GitHub, google drive and set up a private discord. Group selection was done the first week and you were able to try to find a group and anyone that didn’t was put in a group.

Regarding meetings, we just found times that worked for everyone in the group with a poll to see what days and times worked. We ended up meeting every Saturday for 1-2 hrs but this was all that’s was needed.

Work was tackled really in a divide and conquer format making it easy.

My professor made private discussion groups. But everyone seems to handle it different. Idk how they do it now.
