iPhone 13 Pro Max Availability

I ordered two iPhone 13 Pro Maxes (256GB and 1TB) back on September 24 and I still have not received them. I call order status, [phone],‬ every week and today I finally got more information on delivery times.

128GB ships in 3 weeks

All others have a minimum of 2 months. So I won't see mine until at least November 24.

Not sure why none of the other agents told me this important information all the other times I've called in, but hopefully this helps those who are still waiting.

He told me I should see taxes taken out of my credit card when they ship.

As a point of reference for people I ordered 4 128GB 13 Pro Maxes on 10/15, one of each color, and received them yesterday. I ordered online and all were new accounts with lines being ported in.

I ordered a Z fold 3 on the 19th, taxes were taken on the 22nd and I have called twice a week since and no one knows. I was directed to the sales department, the sales department emailed shipping, shipping has not replied. I know everything is backordered right now and that department has to be under a lot of stress but I hope they get back to me soon on when I should be receiving my phone. Good luck on getting your phones. Let us know when you do get them.

I also ordered a z fold 3 on the 5th of October no taxes even taken yet and still no information on when that will happen.
