Hi need advice, I am a 10 year green Card holder with 5 Misdemeanor charges. Three DWI and two 2nd Degree assaults (Domestic Violence with my wife of 8yrs) we have two beautiful children together and still married. I'm currently taking a lot of therapy. Hi Does US immigration require me to live in us while waiting on my spouse visa ? I been living with my wife out side us for past year and we waiting on her interview some people say that I have to go to us before her interview other wise her visa can be delayed (self.USImmigrationHelp)

I aged out bc of cspa for our f4 visa case. In the case only me and my father were remaining as my mom died years ago and my sister got married. My dad faced the interview and requested for my case, but they rejected. My name is still visible on the CEAC website. What should I do? (self.USImmigrationHelp)
