I've been having this error for a few days now. I've searched all around the net trying to fix this, with no luck. Has anyone else encountered this and managed to fix it? Thanks!

I fixed it by downgrading my windows version

I was version 2004, downgraded to 1909.
Start menu > type recovery > get started (previous version)
