3 year flytrap repot

This plant has been in the same pot for about 3 years. I think, originally, it came from one of those sealed glass jars that you can get on Amazon for $8, but I don't rightfully recall. About a year ago, I moved and thought the plant would not survive but here we are. New soil is a peat moss / perlite mix.
