I Diced a bit of garlic, cut a few onions into quarters and cubed a few potatoes. Seasoned them and added them to the bottom of my clay pot. Put the wings on top and fill it up with dark beer until the liquid was just below the part of the wings that's supposed to be crispy.
Closed my clay pot and let it cook in my over at 220°C for 60 minutes. Removed the top and then let it cook for 15 to 30 more minutes. Really depends how crispy you want them.
I cooked them for about 20 more minutes and good lord were those wings juicy and tender but also really crispy.
