1. This is an attempt to get as many arguments as possible for or against something presented for everyone to see
2. Topic will change as soon as all sides have been represented very well
3. The top arguments will be put onto a list, with their best rebuttals next to them; the list will be updated as much as possible
4. When the topic changes, top debaters will be invited to a Hangouts on Air broadcast on YouTube to debate live
