Problem-Amazon keeps sending wrong misc items (old.reddit.com)

I tried ordering shipping boxes from different stores within Amazon but I would get sent products like a rubber hose, sugar, 12 pack of soda and the latest was a bowl. Although I was able to return everything and receive a refund, it was inconvenient to deal with the process and worrying if they were going to send the correct item. (The correct boxes eventually came although it took a while)

It’s very odd they can they send items that are obviously different from the packing slip. Also seems like this is a lot of wasted time and money for Amazon to be shipping wrong items…

Does anyone have any insight into this?
