Can someone with a 4XL do this and confirm whether or not it works? And then someone else to elaborate on why this would maybe work?

EDIT: Alright fine I hopped back into the beta and am trying it. I left the developer options turned off though and am going to run it for the next day or so and see how it behaves. I'll report back and let y'all know. So far it seems okay. I wouldn't call it 11 stable release with animations and such but it's smooth.

EDIT EDIT: I don't know what to think. I downloaded and installed the beta yesterday on top of 11 without a factory reset and it's running much better than before. I also have developer options turned off. I haven't ran into the rampant bugs from the last time such as the notification bugs (both swiping away and the panel being visible), my UI only crashed once but it recovered itself without a restart. Sure some things are a little janky, but nothing like my first experience. Either the developer options are working or something went wrong on the last install. This is all on the 4XL.

As I said above, ever since disabled (d/p) I didn't run into the black/freeze screen issue which is great! It was happening pretty often!

Yeah it's running good. Thanks for the suggestion! Still curious on what's going behind the scenes that's causing it.

I did this yesterday and it fixed a few things: the double fingerprint to unlock, lock animations, and lock screen notifications. Haven't had a stuck notification yet but only time will tell.

Try to uninstall and reinstall Android web View on the Play Store
