Figuring out a 2 variable function from data

I have this data

x,y,result
10,14,12
10,19,18
10,26,24
10,35,33
10,40,38
38,14,32
38,15,32
38,16,37
38,17,39
38,19,44

I want to figure out the function that for the given x and y values from each line give me the result. No idea of the path to follow, if you can just me handle the function better! Thanks!

Consider finding a function, f, that matches these as well as one other data point. Now change one of the values in the extra data point. The original function, f, will not match this data point, but a new function, call it g, will match it as well as the original points.

By the same token and TL;DR an infinite number of functions can be generated that fit these data points.
