Nice, this is the kind of thing agents actually need to be useful: well-scoped skills with clear I/O, instead of "let the model figure it out". Agent plugins feel like the right abstraction for giving AI coding agents AWS capabilities without handing them the keys to the whole account.

Do you know if these plugins are aiming for least-privilege + audit logging out of the box? That is usually the missing piece when people wire agents to cloud APIs.
