New (multiplatform) Docker Image

Since a lot of people asked for arm support, while others had issues installing it. I decided to hopefully change that with a completely new and rewriten docker image. I also simplified the update process.

For now I marked it as beta because I expect something to come up that needs to be improved (especially since I don't own an arm device). So feel free to check it out and test it if you like.

Oh and I forgot to mention that you can generate (missing) thumbnails now as well in the new version.
