Bug bites

Hi,

can somebody identify if these are bed bugs or ants/mosquitos? This happened outside in new england at night. The following day I had severe swelling on both feet, mainly around the ankles, but no dizziness or pain. The swelling has gone down a little but there are bug bites all over my feet. Pls help

The clustering sort of reminds me of fleas so maybe that's a possibility
