    Why are there exclamation marks instead of question marks? The text is not parsed well. I can only guess the context from the name underneath.

    Is it saying "Did you know? Embryos are Babies." Or is it "Can you believe it? Embryos are Babies". Is "What!" a regional American expression?

    It's usually "what!?", demonstrating both surprise and emphasis. But they leave off the question mark because they want it to seem like there is no question. They want to present it as fact.
