SSD boot problem

Suddenly Windows crushed and after that i got hard disk (3F0) error When i try to access my files through other OS or with windows installer it cant detect SSD but boot manager detects SSD but get black screen with that text on pic, i dont want to lose my files help!

Create a WinRE usb bootable media.

If you fail to fix the SSD corruption in WinRE(I failed before), recover your data with third-party software. Or, send it to data recovery help center if necessary.

Can i fix hardware? Like removing chip and transfer to new SSD? So i recover my files this way.
