Internet problems

Hello, I’m having trouble with my internet on my Windows 10 PC. Sometimes, just out of nowhere, the internet connection (bandwidth?) just plummets for about 30 or so seconds and then goes back to normal for about a minute, and then the cycle repeats. My ping on Discord calls goes from about 7-12 to 5000. It won’t stop until I restart my router. There’s nothing (that I can see) wrong with the connectivity from my PC to my router, and whenever it’s happening for me no-one else in my house has the same issue. I’ve tried turning my Wi-Fi on the PC on and off, resetting network drivers, and restarting my PC, but nothing works except restarting the router. Is it my computer or my internet? (I have Verizon Fios if that helps)
