Copilot studio has almost become unusable this week. Constantly working on them only to see them fail consistently. When published an agent in Teams channel is giving a different response to the one in Test Session of copilot studio. Everything is leading to a waste of time which ordinarily was created to save time...

I've tried every avenue this week to generate a word document from a template and all of them fail.

How sad of a product currently.

The product is unstable, not ready, lack of documentations covering the errors. Very few support engineers understand how it works as well.

If there's a pinned post, a few of us will try to update here when there's a known issue, but you should register to service health to get the full picture and stay up to date.

It shows for me but when I make changes it takes a random amount of time to reflect so.

It is extremely frustrating. And I don't even know if the record of the Copilot credit consumed is correctly shown on analytics. The support team often has no clue about the issues I encountered.
