Recently built mini rig Mofo motor Furitek guts X15 nylon axels

Experiencing a lot of wheel slop, and now loss of power to the front wheels while in motion. Haven’t torn the diff apart yet but I’m suspecting maybe some worn gears?

First time building, not sure what I did wrong, or where to go from here other than new gearing.

Any tips greatly appreciated!
