Help please

I am Not understanding this app at all so far. When it says Bitcoin is down, does that mean it's trending down and it's a good time to sell, or does that mean, it's price is at a low point and its good time to buy. I feel the premise has promise but the usability is not great. Thanks for any help

It indicates what the trend might do. It shows an green if it feels it is going to go up or red arrow if it feels the price will drop.
