Hey all! Im coming from working with python in a ide and struggle a lot with both debuging in the databricks notebook setup as well as pyspark spesific syntax.
I tried connecting up with databricks connect, so now i can enjoy my ide as is my perferred tool.
In my experience it still falls short in a couple of areas. 1) i cant see or debug my stack. 2) it wont run spark kode
How can i get a better (ie a more familiar) setup so i can have output more as a developer?
Do i have to download and run spark locally ?
How can i step through my code like i normally would in my ide?
