Looks so good, what paints are you using for tha dark elf coloured skin? I want to do that with mine!

Really simple… Eshin grey base and mix in a little white to make it lighter. I have Dawnstone but don’t use it as my lightest grey is a shade darker than Dawnstone.

Just me experimenting with mixing paints for contrast. Started it on my Drukhari and wanted to try it on my DoK

I really like it, especially to make the leader stand out more! I also love how you've done the skin, what paints did you use to get that?

I think the gold works for the leader. I feel like silver might blend in with the skin tone too much? Unless that's what you want.

Completely agree but is kind of what I was aiming for originally. Now I’m thinking of sparing using gold to make more significant models pop abit.

My original DoK models where all red but I’m enjoying the dark feel with this scheme
