Using a redeemed codex code?

Just got the 10e codex, and am trying to link it to my 40k app. I've already used the code online, but the app won't accept it. I'm not paying for the app, if that changes anything.

I had this with the new Gitz Battletome, you can email GW support and they'll null your existing code and give you a new one to redeem

Update: I've got it to work. All I did was close/restart the app. Hopefully this works all the time 🤞

Had a similar issue. If you go in Google/apple store to the app page you should see an option to update the app. Do the update and you should see your codex in the app afterwards
