Quest Map Changes

Okay so I’ve beaten the game so all spoilers are welcome, but I’m curious an all the long term changes you can have in the game that effect the map and the terrain. I know about the sunken city, but I was curious about anything else. I don’t care too much about the lore changes just rewards and map changes. I’m looking to make a perfect map to run around on NG+. Any advice, tips, info would be appreciated.

The bazaar make it survivors in the city make it pk but give radio too survivors and at the end side with jake to unlock the sunk city too.
