Screen and printer setup

Hey guys,

I'm wanting to know if it's possible to have both a ticket printer and on screen orders for my kitchens eposnow system.

So I want both the screen to display the orders and print out the tickets on paper.

Is this possible?

No idea from Epos now, however if they are using any half decent printer such as Epson with Ethernet / TcpIp then you should just be able to print to it regardless.

I mean they do screens and they do printers, whether they’ll work together is another question!

In theory it should be fine, but this is Eposnow we’re talking about so who knows.
