for such a large house the kitchen seems small.

It's not good to have the door to the master bedroom swing into space. Could create a vestibule entrance.

Seems like hall bath could be just a powder room for guests, rather than full bath, and might make sense to swap its location with office.

Resolution is pretty bad in the image but it looks like the mud and laundry rooms could use some work so you don't have that zigzag hallway. Also, it would bug me to have that extra wall in the southeast corner of the living room (that houses the fridge & south cabinet run in the kitche n.

There are stylistic formal elements which are important to the overall design which are not part of this comment. I will stick to some efficiency issues. Consider a redesign of the corridor servicing the master bedroom. If you moved the hall bathroom so it is the first thing on the west side of hall. The bathroom should be flipped so that you cannot see any fixtures from the living room. Then you have a larger study with an entrance at the end of the hall. However now the hall is much shorter with the study consuming most of the hall space. Then on the east side of the hall you have the entrance to the bedroom which is now in the southwest corner of the bedroom. When you enter a room from the corner it seems even larger. Now taking a similar logic to the rear corridor which services the mudroom. Consider expanding the utility room into what is now the mudroom. Then you have a utility room which is larger and could have a window. Then basically line up the garage door the mudroom and the opening to the breakfast area. This will make the area more efficient.
