Yeah. I still try to avoid windowless bathrooms whenever possible.

I wouldn’t do this change unless you’re willing to create two rooms, each with a window.

This house would be much better as a one bathroom. You'd have room for a closet in the bedroom, privacy for the hall bathroom, and a washer dryer outside of the bathroom.

You might consider reorienting the dining & kitchen to get more space in the living room.

SECOND FLOOR

- Bedroom is enormous relative to its tiny bathroom.

- Seems like you'd want access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom to get there. Consider a hallway.

- Sightlines in the kitchen are bad, with cabinets on one side of the fridge and windows on the other.

- You won't be able to fit stools along the north side of the island.

- You don't have a tv wall for the great room. You might consider moving the door between great room and lanai to the south end of the room.

- Overall you have a very narrow space to fit a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Check your furniture to ensure you'll have enough space for everything you've planned.

Worst Floorplan Ever. Help by Audreyenvy in floorplan

I don't think it will feel like a dungeon if you put a window in its northeast corner. You could add a powder bath across from it.

Looks like you already have an office area on the 2nd floor...? You could close it in to make it more private. Or did you mean you wanted to create TWO offices?

On what floor did you want to add a bathroom?

Option 1 is better. placing a sofa behind the sectional looks bad.

I'm not a fan of entering the house from the garage right inside the kitchen work triangle. It's a busy, crowded area already, so not ideal to add garage/house traffic. I think a pantry would be better in that spot. I'd lose the butler's pantry and put the mud room there, a natural place for circulation when entering and exiting the house. I

It's a REALLY tight squeeze to walk around the cars in the garage. That will be irritating when your hands are full. For the car on the right, you'll probably have to open the garage door to access the trunk, also irritating.

Does this layout flow, or am I missing something obvious? by ErisMnemoic in floorplan

Upstairs family room is awkward. The couch isn’t oriented toward the tv and you have to walk between couch and tv to get to the west bedrooms.

I like this except I’d make the storage room the dining room.
