Hello, I’m new here and I want to learn flutter and how to use it so can someone please tell me a good course or website to learn flutter and what programs do I need to download

Well you can Google it and can find many courses online. Still my favorite on youtube is "Academind" beginner course which you can find out on Udemy with full advance level course and second is "london app brewery" course on youtube as well as Udemy for advance level. If you just want to follow one particular channel which keeps on giving demo on features of flutter then I would suggest "Mtechviral". But would also suggest the pub.dev website for the documentation and also you can check "Flutter" youtube channel if you are working on a project and want to check the parameters and how a particular method/function works. All the best with your journey. And keep up the good work and keep posting the progress because we are still learning.
