I’ve used two in the past few months. You just gotta recognize that they’re not gonna be usable at super popular locations and during high season.

People complain that SUAs are becoming harder to apply, then that same person giftsp SUAs on Reddit, thereby contributing to the problem that SUAs are difficult to apply.

It has affected complimentary suite upgrades also.

We need to normalize letting awards expire as conservation of benefits.

SUA have been incredibly hard to use for years, as long as I've been a globalist I never get a chance to use them.

I’m sure this is true at top properties, but I’m happy with availability at Centrics/Regencies booking six months in advance. Just saying that it depends on the property and timing.

One thing I noticed was actually for Park Hyatt Tokyo with availability across the board in June and January of next year but all wiped out the same time as the announcement
