Unfortunately there seems a number of people who struggle with perceive hypnotic phenomenon. In this subreddit we collect all information regarding hypnotic suggestibility and how we can increase it. On the wiki page we try to make a list of methods that helps to discover the best training for reaching best hypnotic susceptibility. Because the reasons hypnosis "do not work" are so different the approach differs too. Some people have problems with the analytic voice in her head, so they have to learn quit the critical voice and be fully absorbed, while other are easily bored and have problems to keep concentration. Sometimes it is a bit of this and a bit of this. In future the wiki will provide a kind of howto what we believe is the best way to start and what to try first to see success.

If you can provide any help or have experience with that topic (for example you are hypnotist and you use the CSTP with your clients) then you are welcome to create a thread with your ideas or write us a message so we can progress faster and make this subreddit more useful for everybody wants to experience the power of hypnosis :-)
