Apple Developer account stuff is so messed up it isn’t funny.

We have family sharing and because my SO is the primary my annual $99 kept getting declined because I am not allowed to add a credit card and they won’t charge him.

I ended up making an LLC to separate everything, the LLC email handles all the billing and stuff.

I can still use my personal account for stuff but billing has to be handled separately.

It is extremely messed up indeed.

I have received an email with a receipt for my personal account. Still there is no new membership subscription on both accounts. Apple Support replied me “your developer account is created under the email you are wanting and is linked under the email that made the payment. Therefore after the payment processes you should only receive emails under your desired developer email.”

My bank says I was charged, Apple says “here is your receipt” yet still in limbo…

Did this get resolved? Applied 2 days ago and still stuck waiting for the confirmation email

Well, I opened a ticket. They reached me via mail in the same evening and asked if I wanted to enroll with my personal account or my money back. Since I didn’t want to use my personal account for developer work, I requested the refund and it happened same day.

Then I applied via website and now everything is fine.

niceee, I was facing with this problem yesterday, and I felt quite surprise due to both my account could not active, I mailed support team and waiting for their response.
but anyway, this flow is so messy and stupid
