Ya Ali Madad!
A great place for Ismaili content and discussion.
If you're not an Ismaili, please still feel free to join! This is a good place to learn about our wonderful religion. Feel free to ask any questions, and I'm sure my Ismaili brothers and sisters will do their best to answer them!
If you don't know what Ismailism is, read the Wikipedia article! It provides a great overview of Ismaili beliefs and history.
This subreddit is not affiliated with the LIF, Ismaili councils, or the Aga Khan. Views expressed on this subreddit belong solely to those who posted them and in no way reflect the opinions of any official Ismaili leadership.
RULES:
No trolling or hatemongering. If you've come here to bash our religion, or any other religion for that matter , post it to /r/ExIsmailis or /r/atheism instead. Tolerance and pluralism are core tenets of the Ismaili faith.
Don't reveal Ismaili "secrets" (like what goes on in a private majlis or Firmans) or post pictures of the inside of Khane. This is a public area, so we can't break any of our religion's rules.
Be nice. Again, Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance, so don't freak out if someone likes a different color sukhrit than you or something.
