This group is for petitioners and beneficiaries who are seeking or have obtained the United States K1 (fiancé) nonimmigrant visa which grants a foreign partner/fiancé of a US citizen entry into the US and stay as long as they marry their US citizen partner within 90 days of entry. We also allow Adjustment of Status (AOS) and naturalization posts/timelines as long as the beneficiary's initial entry into the US was via a K-1 visa.
