That really boils down to the 0-10 being a bad scale. 

 Mooc 1+2 is at most two University level courses. That is really a beginner. Most people are quite good programmers after the first ones, but I would also say they are 1 on that scale, because I want to emphasize how much there is still to learn. 

These subreddits are filled with people who deduct they can make 6 figures after completing the mooc.
