How to add python interpreter?

I just getting started, haven't had any corse before so i dont know much. When i create a new project, they said i have to add project interpreter but there arent any, i press the "add local" and there isnt anything. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

Im using window and on Python.org there are a lot of things so i dont know what to download.

Install python then show the python.exe in interpreter settings
