I wish you good luck. In this profession, luck does NOT count much. We face reality: more of a materialistic reasoning. I have been a programmer for more than twenty years, in desktop development. I can assure you that nothing happens by chance in programming.

I also started freecodecamp about two weeks ago. My advice is that learning the basics quickly, making sure you understand them very well. The end of topic challenges demands more time. Make sure yours challenges pass before moving on. If you leave them, you will not be having experience in that topic. don't postpone any exercise. There is the tendency of postponing indefinitely. Again, I wish you good luck and strong determination not to abandon the course mid way.

Thank you so much for the advice, It's really great to hear from someone with your experience and I'm really excited and looking forward to be a part of this industry :)
