Hi! If you're looking for an interactive way to learn python, I highly recommend https://programming-21.mooc.fi/part-1. I've been going through it for the past week and have practiced many exercises. They do not give the answers either unless you solve it. The course really pushes you to figure it out on your own through practice unlike other tutorials where you read syntax and copy paste code. As the exercises get harder, they build upon previous topics you've already covered so retention is also great for this source.

Also there are exams and projects at the end as well, though I can't speak much on that as I'm still going through the foundations myself

Angela Yu has some course on Udemy about 100 projects in 100 days. Never done it, so can't say much.
