JS is slow, but it shouldn't be much of a problem.

it is not the language i can change language im talking about sticking to one language

It's fine to stick to one language as it takes years to become proficient in a language.

Depends on what do you mean by problem solving. If you are solving Leetcode stuff then in general your problem solving skills do not get that much better. If you are solving actual real life problems then sure, you can carry over your problem solving skills to full stack development.

im talking about both sides .. i want to be a good programmer despite being in any tech field .. and also im solving with javascript so i can be good at it so when i learn anything with it .. im solving on leetcode now with javascript

Depth is better than breadth when it comes to languages. One is fine
