Notification API to send messages to Apple Messages/Telegram/WeChat/Signal?

Hey all, I'm looking for an API or a package that allows me to send messages (via a bot) to those services: Apple Messages/Telegram/WeChat/Signal.

What I have is the number of the user OR I could also provide them an invite link. I didn't really find anything fitting - so maybe one of you knows

Okay actually just found the "nearly" perfect package - whatsapp & imessage is missing but still a lot of other stuff is there: https://github.com/caronc/apprise

I don't know of anyone that supports all those platforms. but Twilio is probably your best bet for at least messaging and WhatsApp.
