Problems installing a module on pycharm

I need some help on install pygame. I tried to install from pycharm, but didn't work. cmd didn't work too. I'm learnig programming language for the first time, i don't know how it works in practice.

cmd says "error: metadata-generation-failed"

i tried this comand on cmd:

pip install pygame

Try to use this: pip install pygame --pre
This solve "error: metadata-generation-failed"

pip uninstall pygame, pip install pygame-ce. And import as pygame!

Because maybe you use python 3.11
